My Story

My journey started in the southwest corner of Pennsylvania near the town of Johnstown. After graduating high school, I stayed in the general area and received my Bachelor of Safety Sciences degree from Indiana University of Pennsylvania, located in Indiana, PA. After graduating I worked in the field of construction safety in the states of Pennsylvania, Maryland, California, Texas, Colorado, Wyoming, Ohio, Kentucky and Indiana. During that journey I learned many things about construction, safety and more importantly about people. The most important thing that happened in my travels, was that I met my wife in Texas, and we have two awesome boys that keep us on our toes. I also enjoy many outdoor activities such as: hiking, hunting, fishing, grilling, motorcycling, mountain biking, snowboarding and camping. Over the years I have come to realize, I truly have a passion for guiding people and companies to the place where they can grow and strengthen their safety performance.
